Hi there!

A new week calls for a new topic. In this week’s bulletin we will be talking about Star bucks, Airbnb and Sephora case studies around customer engagement to improve business.

So, without wasting much of time, let us dive direct into the topic

1. Starbucks

Starbucks has always focused on providing a great customer experience, and in recent years, they have expanded their business through digital initiatives aimed at increasing engagement with their customers.

They launched a mobile app that allows customers to order ahead, earn rewards, and pay with their phone. They also created a loyalty program that rewards customers for their purchases, and they have implemented technology in their stores that enables personalized recommendations and promotions.

2. Airbnb

Airbnb has built its business by creating a community of hosts and guests who share a passion for travel and adventure. To deepen their engagement with their customers, they launched experiences like tours and treks, which allows hosts to offer unique and immersive experiences to guests. This has helped Airbnb build stronger relationships with their customers and differentiate themselves from other travel companies.

3. Sephora

Sephora has long been known for its customer-centric approach, and they have expanded their business by creating a digital ecosystem that allows customers to engage with their brand in multiple ways.

They launched a beauty app that provides personalized recommendations and allows customers to try on makeup virtually. They also have a loyalty program that rewards customers for their purchases, and they use customer data to create personalized promotions and offers.

4. Ikea

One of the biggest examples of customer-engagement-driven retail businesses is Ikea. To give the best shopping experience to their audience, Ikea has been one of the earlier adopters of technology like AR and video chatting.

The customers can engage virtually with the store’s catalog and see how the furniture will look in their home.

5. Uber

Uber has always been known for putting customers first. They have always modified their services to provide the best experience to their audience, like Uber Moto. In UK and US, the company has successfully diverged into Uber Eats, helping to solve problems in the food delivery sector.

Take-away

With these companies, we can see the power of customer engagement in driving business growth and success. By creating meaningful interactions with their customers, they have built strong relationships that drive loyalty, advocacy, and ultimately, revenue growth.

I hope this was an insightful read for you.
